Create an Application (Workflow enabled /Workflow disabled) to which Viewer Set is attached.

Click on Operations--->Commit as shown below.

Confirmation Dialog is appeard as shown below.

Click on Yes button the application is successfully created with the attached viewer set.

Now Assign the Created Application to the concerned Role in Role Based Security(RBS).As we have checked the Disable Direct Access CheckBox in the above Created Application,the Viewer Set will not be visible in the RBS.This is Shown in the below figure.

Now Uncheck the Disable Direct Access Filed if the Created Viewer Set has to be appeared in the RBS and Update the Application.

Now the Viewer Set is Visible in RBS as We have Unchecked the Disable Direct Access Filed in Node Property Sheet.
