Creating a Role

To create a role:

  1. Click on the Roles node in the nodes area and place it on the work area as shown in the figure below:

  2. Select a name for the new role from the list of values, and select group mail ID for the new role, and description for the role.
  3. Click Apply to apply the selected properties to the role created.
