Assigning a Role and/or User for Newly Added States/Tasks

  1. Access the Tri2. The screen as shown in Figure 3 is displayed.
  2. Select the required role and then application (using which project is created).
  3. Click on the Setups link that appears on the left side of the Triniti Portal. The following screen is displayed:

  4. Then click Project Native Task report.
  5. Filter required Project's workflow/process and set Role and/or User for newly added States/Tasks.

    Note: 1. Newly Added States will not have start date, end date and duration information in the report.

    2. Set User value, if the selected Role has only one resource for the project. If the selected Role has multiple resources, then access the Project Role Users Setup report of the same application reports set as shown in the above figure. Now, assign required resources for the role.

  6. Commit the updates to database by clicking on the Update icon in toolbar.
