1. Why can't I see left navigation in the Triniti Portal?

Ans:

Case 1: If browser version is IE 6 and Logged in User has User Access enabled, then left navigation is not visible, either browser version should be upgraded to IE 8 or Role Access should be enabled for the user.

2. Why my browser is closed immediately after login?

Ans: If browser version is IE 7 and Logged in User has User Access enabled, then browser will be closed automatically after login, either browser version should be upgraded to IE 8 or Role Access should be enabled for the user.
