Project Task History is a report, which shows history of the Tasks information for the selected Issue.
1. Click on a record in Issues Created By Me / My Tasks / Manager Worksheet
2. Corresponding drill down reports should be shown in as a tabs in report's header bar.Click on Project Task History Tab that is shown in round mark above.Then Project Task History report will be opened. 
It shows history of Tasks for the selected Issue and details of each update.
This report contains the following fields:
