Reporting/Completion Plan

Generate Reporting Plan generates a plan for the given project and period (date range). It generates and shows the gantt chart view of the reporting plan on the same HTML page, the reporting plan shows only high level information of a project. It shows list of all workflows and their task descriptions. This information depicts the status of each high level activity and it is useful for reporting purpose. The Reporting plan can be generated with or without date range.

The reporting plan shows the following information:

1. Tag (Task description or Task name)
2. Duration of the Tag in Months / Weeks / Days
3. % Complete
4. Gantt Chart View

Navigation: MPP Integration -> Generate Reporting Plan

It shows the following screen

Select date range by selecting from date and to dates (optional)

Click on the Generate button after selecting the required details.

Format options in Gantt Chart:

1. Month - by default, Gantt Chart is shown in Month format

2. Week - Select Week radio to see the Gantt Chart in Weekly view

3. Day - Select Day to see the Gantt Chart in Daily view

Action options in Gantt Chart:

1. Expand All - by default, Gantt Chart is shown in expanded view

2. Collapse to Headers - Select Collapse to Headers to see the Gantt Chart for only Headers - If Header task contains another Header task(s), then non-header tasks also will be shown for the parent Header task.

History of previous Reporting plans for the selected project available in drop down box next to the Project field, any previously generated reporting plan can be viewed by selecting the value from the drop down box.

Order of Processes in the Reporting Plan

The order of processes in the reporting plan is based on the order, which is provided for each process in the Process Information report, which can be accessed as drill down report from Project Information report.

Navigation: MPP Integration -> Setups -> Project Information

2. Select a project, for which order of processes should be provided for reporting plan, and then select Process Information from the right click Pop up menu.

3. Set the order of each process

The above order of workflows will be reflected in reporting plan.
