Notification Mails

Notification Mails are of two types-Event Based and Time Based. The Notification Mails are configured for Operation node and Self Move State node. The type of Notification configured for Operation node can be Event based or Time Based. The Notification type configured for Self Move State node is only Time Based.

The Event Based notifications are of three types:

• Normal-this type of mail is sent to every one in the team, when a particular issue is to be assigned to a team.
• Round Robin-this type of mail is sent to a particular member of a team in a sequence, when an issue is to be assigned to any member of the team.
• Variable Dependent: this type of mail is sent when a particular variable is entered in the properties of Operation node.
