Manager Worksheet

Manager Worksheet shows list of issue tasks in selected project(s). Click on the link in the portal opens the work sheet with query dialog to filter issue tasks based on Project.

Default value for Status field is " in (NOT STARTED,PENDING,STARTED)". Click OK button to shows the list of issue tasks in the work sheet based on filtering conditions.

This work sheet contains the following fields, some are editable:

Status	Status of the Task - COMPLETED/SKIPPED/STARTED/PENDING/NOT STARTED - Noneditable
Role	Role name - Non editable
Resource	Resource name - Always Editable
Start Date	Start Date of the Issue, it is reset by MS Project 2002 Integration - Editable for update
Finish Date	Finish Date of the Issue, it is reset by MS Project 2002 Integration - Editable for update
Duration	Duration of the Task, set by resource or manager - Editable for only Update
Remaining Days	Remaining Days to complete the Issue - Editable for only Update, when Task is in STARTED and assigned to logged in user
Next Operation	Next Operation name of the current Task - Editable for only Update, if Task's days remaining is 0
Comments	Resource comments for the Issue Task - Editable for new record and update, if task is assigned to logged in user
Manager Comments	Manager Comments for the Issue - Editable for Update only
Re-assign to Next Task	Previous or Future Task name - Editable for Update if task is assigned to logged in user and task's days remaining > 0
Promised Due Date	Issue's Promised Due Date - Noneditable
Originator	User, who created the issue - Noneditable
Document Path	Path where attached documents are available, If the field has some value, then files are attached to this issue, double click on row number, will download file(s) - Editable for new record and update. Note: If Popup blocker is ON in the browser, then click on Document Path cell can't open the HTML popup window. Set the Popup blocker to OFF in the browser (before start using Triniti Applications).
Issue Created Date	Issue Created Date - Noneditable
Current Due Date	Due date from MS Project 2002 - Noneditable
Promised Due Date	Promised Due Date of the issue - Editable for Update
Predecessor(s)	List of predecessor issue numbers separated by camma, scenarios are: For only one Predecessor Issue - type predecessor Issue Number in Predecessor(s) field For multiple Predecessor Issues - type predecessor Issue Numbers separated by camma, for example: IS01020,IS01021 For only one Predecessor Issue Task - type predecessor Issue Number + Task name in the parenthesis, for example: IS01020(Develop & Unit Test) For multiple Predecessor Issue Tasks - type predecessor Issue Numbers with their task separated by camma, for example: IS01020(Develop & Unit Test),IS01021(UAT) This is field is editable for update.
Task Promised Due Date	Issue Task's promised due date - Editable for Update
Customer Ticket Number	Customer Ticket cross reference number - Editable for update
Migration Number	Migration Request number linked to this issue - Noneditable
Critical	Tells whether the issue task is crital or not, which is set by MS Project 2002 - Noneditable

Drill downs to other modules from Manager Worksheet

The following modules can be accessed from Manager Worksheet as drill down by right click on the selected record.

Show Predecessor(s) Issue(s) Status is a conditional drill down, if Predecessor(s) field has a value, then this menu item will be displayed and it opens Manager Global Worksheets for the Predecessor issues.
Migration Requests is also a conditional drill down, if Migration Request field has a value, then the menu item will be displayed and it opens Migration Requests report to the selected migration request number.
Project Activity is also a conditional drilldown, if task is assigned to logged in user, then it will be shown in the popup menu and opens Project Activity worksheet, where it shows existing activities for the task, and new activities can be added.
Linked TestCases is a worksheet, which shows list of Test cases attached to the selected Issue.
Project Activities Worksheet is a worksheet, which shows list of Project activities in the selected project.
Promised DueDate History is a report, which shows history of Issue Promised Due Dates.
Project Task History is a report, which shows history of Issue Tasks for the selected Issue.
Manager Comments History is a report, which shows history of Manager Comments for the selected Issue.
Client Support is a conditional drill down, if create issue in issue Management, select the application Name is Triniti Products and workflow name is client support at the time client support report shown in Drill down reports.
Attach Solution Objects / Testcases opens Issue form, which contains details of issue, and child forms for attaching solution objects and Testcases to the issue. Solution Objects can be mapped from existing instances like DEV instance, or uploading from local file system.
